Experience in using LINS solutions from four cancer centers.

The radiological information systems (RIS) and PACS systems development of medical images digital archives in the oncological service is at the intersection of the implementation of two federal projects: "Fight against oncological diseases" and "Creation of a single digital contour in healthcare based on a unified state health information system (EGISZ)" priority national project "Health".

Over the past three years, based on the LINS LookInside and LINS Machaon software, four major projects have been implemented to create and develop radiological information systems (RIS) on a regional scale. These are regional radiological information systems (RRIS): Krasnodar region, Bryansk, Tyumen and Novgorod regions.

According to the results of projects in different years, local PACS of medical organizations (MO) in the oncology field were included in the formed radiological digital contours. The functioning of local solutions for oncological dispensaries in the Krasnoyarsk and Kamchatka Territories, Kemerovo and Sverdlovsk Regions was ensured. Two local PACS are installed in federal oncology clinics - Tomsk NIMC (Tomsk), N.N. NN. Petrov (St. Petersburg).

Thus, the applying results of one solution over several years can be considered within the framework of local and regional projects.
