1. Regional Clinical Hospital is the largest multidisciplinary clinic in the Krasnoyarsk region, which occupies a leading position in the region and is one of the most significant clinics in the Siberian Federal District. The structure of the regional clinical hospital includes:
- a consultative and diagnostic polyclinic for 800 visits per shift;
- round-the-clock hospital for 1210 specialized and 69 resuscitation beds;
- a day hospital with 30 beds at a consultative and diagnostic polyclinic,
- 15 at a round-the-clock hospital and 24 beds at a day hospital of the chronic hemodialysis department.
The hospital has 56 departments. Seven specialized centers have been organized: for the patients treatment with lung diseases, endocrinological, occupational pathology, burn centers, a center for audiology and hearing aids, a purulent-septic and regional vascular centers. As part of the deployment of the PACS system in the Regional Clinical Hospital, more than 50 different diagnostic devices were connected.
2. Krasnoyarsk Regional Clinical Oncological Dispensary named V.I. A.I. Kryzhanovsky, which includes:
- 9 medical departments,
- a day hospital for antitumor drug therapy,
- a surgical day hospital,
- a radiological day hospital,
- a polyclinic, an oncological center for women's health,
- diagnostic departments,
- a prevention department,
- a boarding house for 65 people.
The departments and laboratories are headed by the highest category doctors, who have been trained in the leading oncological centers of Russia. More than 25 DICOM devices were connected here, including the connection of more than 10 units of modern diagnostic equipment.
3. Krasnoyarsk Regional Medical Information and Analytical Center was created in January 2002 with the assignment of the itegrator functions in the field of information technology for the health care system of the Krasnoyarsk Region. It is on the basis of KRMIAC that the regional segment of the top-level PACS will be deployed, due to which all authorized users can already get information about the studies carried out in any of the health facilities. In the future, the center will become the basis for scaling the system to other healthcare facilities in the region. Plans for the development of the project with the serial connection of all medical institutions of the Krasnoyarsk Region were announced at the meeting by the administration of the region.
The new version of the web-client is being used for the first time in a project of this magnitude and, after a short period of work, has already been highly appreciated by a team of employees of medical institutions.
The Oncology Dispensary has also been integrated with Philips "IntelliSpace Portal" specialized clinical imaging modules, which were delivered to the facility as part of a global project to modernize the oncology dispensary, along with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.
In addition, within the framework of the project, a lot of work has been done to integrate the PACS system and the medical information system, which is used in medical institutions.
The successful project implementation became possible due to the efficient and well-coordinated work of all project participants: medical institutions, the general contractor of the project - the SoftLine group of companies, suppliers of specialized visualization modules - Philips and, of course, the team of professionals from LINS.
